Method

Plataforma on-line

eimec-campus-moodle-formacion-online-eimec-escuela-internacional-medicina-estetica-cursos-practicos

Continuous classroom training in our own training facilities in the city of Barcelona, or online training through the e-learning platform EIMEC Campus.

  • 6 one-to-ones with international speakers.
  • 40 masterclasses by national and international guest lecturers.
  • 8 practical tutorials on aesthetic treatments.
  • 15 seminars on scientific articles with selected and updated bibliography.
  • 8 sessions on Anatomy Applied to Aesthetic Medicine.
  • Case study discussion sessions.
  • Histology and physiology sessions.
  • Training and learning activities.

The virtual campus is used to teach the theoretical content and assessment activities, always under the guidance and permanent support of the lecturer.

ONE TO TONE practical sessions

3 weeks of intensive practical training with real patients:

  • EIMEC method: 90% practical. ONE TO ONE. 1 tutor, 3 students, 3 patients.
  • Groups of 3 students: Following the EIMEC Method, groups of 3 students with similar levels will be formed to guarantee a homogeneous learning pace. The content will be personalised according to the general teaching programme and the interests of the group.
  • You are the protagonist: Each morning the student will be assigned an average of 3 real patients. With the help of the tutor, they will have to make the diagnosis and create the action protocol in such a way that they will be creating their own treatment agenda during the three weeks.

The student’s ONE TO ONE practice on real patients, tutored by the teacher, provides the student with the necessary confidence to confidently practice what they have learnt once the course is over.

Master's final project

Once the practical block has been completed, students will have 2 months to complete the final master’s project (TFM).

This is the preparation and presentation before an examining board of an original text written by the student, in which all the phases of a treatment will be addressed:

  • Diagnosis, design, photographs, protocols and planning.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of results. Conclusions.

You will have the opportunity to publish your TFM as a scientific article in EIMEC Scientific.
