Goals

Perform basic life support (BLS) and apply the automatic external defibrillator (AED) to patients in cardiorespiratory arrest who require it.

Aimed at:

Professionals and volunteers who, in the exercise of their duties may have patients who go into a situation of cardio-respiratory arrest, employees who hold responsibility in their companies for workplace safety matters, and citizens wishing to acquire skills in the practice of BLS and AED.

Method

Training given by health care professionals with extensive teaching experience, instructors and directors of BLS+AED, accredited by the Consejo Catalán de Resucitación (CCR), the Instituto de Estudios de la Salud de la Generalitat de Catalunya (IES) and European Resuscitation Council (ERC) .
